"messaging" shortcut went bye-bye
I can create another shortcut if anyone knows exactly what application I have to point it to. I looked thru the whole list of executables in the Windows folder and didn't see anything called "messaging."
|
Messaging is located in windows\start menu, so that is where the shorcut goes along with the usual suspects, contacts, internet explorer, notes, phone, etc...
|
That's where the shortcut resides. As I said, mine has disappeared. Actually I have none of those shortcuts in my start menu. I donno what happened, but I'm not too concerned about them, because there are buttons to access those. I'm trying to determine what the target application for the messaging shortcut is so I can create another one and put it back in the start menu.
A hard reset will put em back, I'm sure. |
Sarge,
Try pointing to tmail.exe. |
if you go to sesttings/personal/menu it allows you to select what to put in the start menu.
tmail.exe should take you to the accnt picker. i can't remember the individual shortcuts at the moment. |
