Please Help Stuck On Splash Screen. Please Please Help
 

I had the newest helmi wm6 on my phone (SPRINT PPC 6700) i wanted to downgrade it to wm5 so i went to sprint website and donwloaded it from there. after everything is done succssfully i reset my phone and its stuck on the first screen which it says (SPRINT) my boot version is 2.02.

i tryed to load the helmi again but nothing good, i tryed to reload the oem rom and still doesn't work.

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP

I NEED MY PHONE FOR BUSINESS AND I CANT BE WITH OUT THIS PHONE. NO INSURANCE AND NO WARRANTY ON MY PHONE.

Have you tried going into boot screen or wachamacallit (it has 3 colors) and re-flashing to the rom you had before. I dont know about helmi, but in vogue you can enter it by holding power+camera+reset. Good luck!
PS: had the same problem when cooking a rom, now fully recovered.

hey body thanx for your help but what do you mean (boot screen or wachamacallit ) i tryed holding the internet botton with up arrow, and voice recording botton and

its came up something called Boot options:

it has three options

1)Enable KITL (yer or no)
2)Clean Registery Hive (yes or no)
3)Format Storage (yes or no)

do you know whats all that and what can i do please

were are you at right now on your screen

I am right now on the splash image that says SPRINT

have you tryed put put it in bootloader yet

go up top and hit the chat button i will be in there

I went to the bootloader and conected it to with the USB and loaded the factory rom.

It was done successfully then i did a hard reset BUT it still stuck at the splash image that says SPRINT.
