*DING* ROM is done!

The cooking has concluded! :violent2:

It did go very well, and now I have a few more things to learn. =D>

I hope I will not have to reset this device more than a couple of times per month now!

Thank you all for the hard work and for the information you've sent my way.

Welcome to the group! Now start to learn about all the features your phone can do. Its amazing what a little tweaking and tuning will do for you.

A couple of suggestions:

1) Start to learn about Tiermann's Personal OEMizer. It will quickly become your best friend.

2) Read, ask questions, read some more, and ask more questions.

We are here to help!

Thought I'd say something

Hey:) I was like you, a little worried but I knew WM5 stock was ... annoying. My boss who had the same phone before I got mine, I told him about the update and finally got him to let me do it. To my knowledge he has never had to restart it. Only time I've had to is if a program froze. So pretty much never:).

Folks...

I've performed the upgrade, even did the radio upgrade - although that probably wasn't necessary.

I now have a major issue with BT. The reception and quality is in the crapper. BIG TIME! This is not exceptable as I use the BT for headphones/handsfree, modem and GPS devices. In every case, the Apache is about 3 feet away from the device and the audio is riddled with static. I have to bring the Apache to nearly 1 foot, before the sound clears up at all...

NOT COOL!!!!
