xv6700 replacement
 

I just got my old broken one replaced, loaded up the new software upgrade from Verizon/UTC to ROM version 3.14.30WWE.

My issue is that on the dialer screen there is no button for speed dial. Any thoughts? I use that button alot.

Never mind. I am having other software issues with it and after talking with insurance they are sending out a new one.

On the next one don't be so eager to install that Verizon 3.14 - it'll be nothing but trouble for you if you ever plan to upgrade here.
