I need to fix my wireless radio for my apache QUEST phone.

When im trying to make a call all it does is say "a wireless radio must be attached to use this phone" I saw a fix and did it but on the last step itsaid i couldnt do it because its a Quest phone not a sprint. So does anyone know a fix for the Quest version?
