MMS in WM6 not working
 

I would like to start by thanking everyone for getting WM6 out there for us. I am having a problem with the MMS. i can't send or receive them. i am using a xv6700 on verizon when i take a picture i try to send it and it wants me to email it. anyone have any ideas. if you need more info let me know.

If you use helmi_c's kitchen to build your rom, you need to include the arcsoft MMS application in your selections. If you're using another cook's version (e.g. Rob Mayer's) then you may need to install the arcsoft MMS separately. Both of these approaches are well-covered in their respective support threads.

I'm also on Verizon, and I've only been able to get MMS to work in 2 different setups.
Using the new Arcsoft 4.2.8.1 setup for Verizon. Check this post for info.

I still had some issues w/ it, so I've been using this one from an older kitchen, and I uploaded it to the FTP in case anyone else wants it. This one works great for me.

With either of these options, you'll need to put them into the User_Oem folder, and make sure you remove the MMS version that's in the kitchen so you can select the new one you put in.

i have installed the programs for it

So i have tried both methods, neither of them work. does anyone have a for sure method that works with hemi_c's WM6 kitchen. i am using the latest build.

When you take the picture click send via email. After you hit that the screen pops up to select account to send with. Click on pics/vid (whichever you have) and you can send via MMS.
