Apache Constantly Drops Data Connection While Tethered
](*,) Ok, I'm not sure if anyone else has been having this problem, but my Apache is really pissing me off lately!
What happens is whenever I'm tethering via Internet Sharing, Modem Link, or Wireless Modem (doesn't matter) my signal ALWAYS drops for no reason just out of plain nowhere, even if I'm at a constant 2-4 bars. It normally happens when I access large amounts of data like copying a folder of images to my FTP Server, ect. Now the biggest pain is that when using Internet Sharing it will never automatically reconnect and sometimes Internet Sharing will crash. I remember in Kirvin's C&S 3.5, Internet Sharing would always wait for the network (if dropped) and then automatically reconnect. Well, not so anymore on WM6.. it's really becoming an annoyance. Any help would be greatly appeciated! Thanks in advance. Rob BTW, it never drops the signal when not tethered. I can browse the web all day on the Apache itself without a single problem. |
I've been noticing the same thing, and on an additional note, I tried to download a 2meg file from ftp using Total Commander and got disconnected. I think it's sprint seeing it and disconnecting it.
