Want to change boot screen..made a picture

I have the software to unlock EXT ROM and changed the hardreset picture.

I have a really nice Sprint picture I put together and would like to use! Is there knowledge on how to do this?

that would change the screen thats shown when u hard reset and go to customize after the 3 secs. Not the boot screen, im not 100% sure on how to change the actualy boot screen yet.
