Dont use S2U 1.21/1.216. This one S2U2 v.86 from xda has a very nice interface and works well, low program memory usage, light on the 67 and pretty much as the bells like S2U...... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=343256 As Weedahoe also stated....if you want to change the clock outlook d/l the clock package unzip the files....read the readme...... Weedahoe....dont know about v.85 but v.86 I do not have that problem with the today screen popping up for a sec before the S2U2 after the back light has turned off....maybe cause i dont put the 67 to sleep ....just the black light is off......so when I touch the screen....the light comes back on. |

[EDIT] Yeah, I havent thought about letting the screen lock and the backlight completely off but the background still on. On mine I have the backlight go out after a duration and then the screen itself turn off. So sometimes when I press the power button to turn on the screen I get the Today screen for just a split second before the S2U2 screen kicks in. maybe it wasnt meant to be used the way I do but rather the way you have yours. So I did the upgrade to v.086 and it is a bit better to where I dont see it nearly as much but I do catch it from time to time. What I would like to see is a small and brief walk-thru on what each setting does in the S2U2 Settings.exe Anyway, THX for looking out Unknown Zone. |
So I am running this, and the most impressive thing about it so far is the slide to answer call locking screen. I like it a lot.
Is there any setting I can make to have something similar for incoming text messages? |
Ok i need some clarification here....
I thought he stopped development on Slide2Unlock months ago... and that it was now S2U2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=314703 [Development STOPPED] Slide 2 UnLock v1.219 (updated on 17 September) replaced by.... (20 November 2007) S2U2 v0.86 - back to compatibility http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=343256 |
