iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard - Cheap!

Amazon has this keyboard today for $29.99 - no tax (most places) and free shipping. The MSRP on it is $149.99. I have one of Stowaway IR keyboards that I've used for years (since before there was BT on PDA's) and I use it all the time. I just ordered one of these because they're a little more convenient than the IR. Here's a picture of my IR with my old 6600! - sheureka

Sorry - here's the url - http://www.amazon.com/Stowaway-Ultra...5865642&sr=8-2

That could be useful for people who have the touch but want a KB

I snagged one. Even if I already have a keyboard, how can you pass up $30 for a small BT keyboard?

Never used one before, but I'm tempted to try one (thanks for the tip, sheureka). Before I order it, I'd like to know if a mouse is essential for effectively using the kbd?

Thanks,
maxm

the user ratings on treocentral dot com were not very good for this keyboard and that's why I wasn't willing to pay the $100+ for it... but for $30 hey why not.

I don't see any reason why you'd need a mouse - it has a full set of function and control keys. Here's a link to the manual - http://www.thinkoutside.com/support/...0Manual_US.pdf. Hope that helps. And the stowaway keyboard drivers that are included in the kitchens (at least for the Apache) work. - sheureka
