Help with Picture Mail

I have the ppc-6700 with sprint. I have kirvin's c & s which came with the MMS already installed. It has been working fine until recently. Now whenever I try to send a picture it says "message delivery failed" or "message receipt failed". I have done nothing different to my phone, no changes have been made. I tried to soft reset, hard reset, I even did a full restore from a backup of my phone that I made 3 months ago when it was working and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get it working again? Did sprint change their mms site that is on the confituration page for mms? Any help please?????

thanks!

downtick,
This has been discussed a lot lately on a couple threads. You really should search before posting, especially before opening a new thread.
Sprint seems to have been fooling with its DNS servers for picture mail, so you need to enter numerical IP address in the configuration rather than a URL. I don't know which it is since I don't use Sprint. Should be in a thread on the first 1-2 pages of the Apache or Apache Upgrade forum....http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/announcement.php?f=14

thanks, that worked. Believe me, I did search, I did not find anything relating to this problem. The search Search algorithm used here in these forums is not very good, in my opinion.

Yeah, it ain't Google, but it's better then some boards. The best results come from using Advanced Search and then tweaking the title vs. posts search and the threads vs. posts output. The biggest problem is just the catch-all discussion threads, like the kitchen ones, where issues get raised and resolved on page 52 of 96. Glad it worked. tmb
