HTC Action Screen
 

Hey Gang,
Didn't see much talk about the HTC Action Screen, so I decided to post it.
I installed it on my 6700 last night and assigned it to one of my softkeys.
It seems to work well. I have replaced WM5NewMenu with this utility.
It's kinda a novelty, but it gives me the OEM look/feel.
Once you launch the app, you have about 5 seconds to make a selection
otherwise the app will auto-close. That might be a bug... but I like it :) .
Anyone else use this thing and have good/bad reviews?

It seems like a cool project to get into. I would try it but I have enough things loading up with my phone and it takes long enough to get to my today screen already so I have to pass....nice find and post though. THX

very cool thanks! are those shortcuts assignable? e.g. I have twinky's threaded SMS app, so would the SMS button go to that or try to go to arcsoft?

Dont quote me but i think You need to edit "Path"="\\windows\\poutlook.exe" to the file you want executed.
Not all the entry have a path so you need to add one. (See Below)
Who ever made the cab file also included the oem files which he shouldn't have. I have included a proper cab and an oem for the new build os.
