USB Port Broken

Anyone had to replace a USB port on a 6700?

They had to replace the whole device. A HUGE pain in the ass, but eventually got it replaced with a brand new one, just be persistent.

Yea, the problem is that my wife bought it from an authorized Sprint retailer and not from a direct Sprint store. Sprint won't replace it - already been down that road. Thanks for the reply though!

I bought my original 6700 from ebay.. the port broke loose and sprint replaced it eventually. I think i had to pay 30 bucks or whatever the insurance deductible is.
