Activation Problem - Sprint

I've been unable to activate my phone after installing helmi_c's WM6 update on my PPC6700. I called them this morning to try and the SPL and MSL they gave me didn't work. I also tried ##000000# and ##000000 talk after finding some posts on here, but neither worked. Any ideas? Do I need to activate with WM5, then do the update? Thanks.

unfortunately, yes. i had the same problem.

revert to wm5
let the customizations (ext rom) run
activate the phone
upgrade to wm6 (and soft reset before the customizations run)

I also did the 1.41 radio upgrade. I assume that won't have an impact?
