VZW Changes Data Rates.. does this affect us PDA users?
 

interesting thing is that I was just complaining about thier charges. I wonder if this affects us as PDA users?

NO! It does not affect us.

It only affects those who have normal CDMA phones that use the VCast service.

i spoke with vzw cause $45 is just so freaking expensive and nothing. talked to a few people and all the times there was nothing, no better deal they could do. i cant afford $45 bucks a month! this is the most annoying thing from verizon for me atleast.

i have a verizon internet card and that is affected by this also so i dont what could be next??? andi pay 60$ a month for it
but i am refering to the 5gb limit that they have and also that if 5gb or more is used up then they restrict kb useage but cuting speed
i have know idea how they can do that but thats the warning givven

i have a card and teather my phone and i can ensure you that once you past the 5gb mark you will be throttle back alittle at a time, but this is the kicker if you teather your phone you will not see the throttle for some odd reason ! go figure. lol
