out of your bluetooth or out of the normal speaker?

In either case the answer is no of course. The volume is what the volume is... but typically volume problems are caused by a bluetooth headset and that's best dealt with by getting a different one.

Best of luck... it's just that the speakers only make so much noise when a certain voltage goes through them and unless you change the speakers or the voltage that amount of noise is not going to increase.

some headphonse might help... I have a set of bodyglove corded headphones that are ASTOUNDINGLY loud... they hurt my ears they're so loud... so that might be the way to go. They cost 15 dollars and can be bought from sprint retailers.

This always seems to help me; I always perform this hack when resetting. With a reg editor, navigate to: HKCurrentUser\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Ring\In itvol

change from 3 to 5 (anything over 5 seems to be the same volume)

I agree with 1oddmanout, I also changed speaker to 5, and imoveride init vol to 5 to help with my text msg sounds. Helped allot.
