How do you change default alerts to customized tones?
 

Does anyone know how to change the default tones that are used for various alerts on the Sprint PPC-6700? I have made numerous mp3 ringtones, that work great, but I have not been able to figure out how to assign them to alerts and reminders. What do I need to do to change this?

they have to be .wav files and placed in the windows directory. ;)

just drag and drop it or cut and paste into the windows directory using file explorer.

haha oops yea u can do that in Total Commander and Resco file explorer not the default one. sorry bout that....just cut and paste then ;)

ERROR MOVING FILE

thats weird, u should be able to move it into the windows directory.....looks like ur copy and pasting the same file into the windows directory?
