No, it really works. You get txts when people send you txts, and pictures/videos/sund clips when they send you those.

Doesn't work that way with Sprint, we still have to open the browser. :-(

I just tried to build a new ROM with with Verizonguys kitchen .4 and buildos bombed with error "svgplayback.dll already exists" or something similar. I did a search of the temp folder and it looked like both your arcsoft oem and the htc streaming audio had the file. I unselected the htc app (didn't really need it anyway) and buildos worked fine.

Just to make sure, this oem is compatible with the new WM6 kitchen, correct?

Yeah, actually I think it only works with WM6. I never could get it to work with the old WM5 kitchens.

any love fer the sprint guys yet? Or will the verizon version work fer us?

I couldn't get the cab to install either. Did you get it to work or anyone know why it's not letting me? I'll try to sync phone thru ActiveSync and use WinCE Cab Install program to see if that works. Any help would be great.

just to get this straight, will this version let us send and receive SMS and MMS, pix messages without a data plan, or thru EVDO. or is it just an updated MMS software?? anyone know yet? I'll try and find out myself but i'm having troubles getting it installed unfortunately. :(

Wow...impressed, but there is one problem sadly and it is a problem that has been around with this...MMS video. It was fixed be helmi in his R3 release but at last check he didnt remember what he did. The MMS wont play video and if you want to send one it wont recognize the video, like how when you choose the pic it shows it, the video is just an icon. and when you receive a video it wont play it :( kinda annoying lol. but i know if you got it this far...someone can figure this out.

I tried to install this Cab on the rom I made with your 0.4 Kitchen and it was unsuccessful. Any Ideas?
