Slide 2 Unlock issues
 

hey all i tryed installing slide 2 lock but it didnt display when i launched it tryed a few times any tips?

did you first go to the File Explorer.....Program Files/Slide2Unlock and run Slide2Unlock to setup your settings.

There is also a "ReadMe" file in the dir....has some very good info...on how to make the Slide2Unlock work.

I use Slide2Unlock..here and there....but always end up taking it off...due to it eatting approx 5megs of internal memory in the background and slowing the 67 just a tad.

Awesome! Also works great on my Mogul. I to was having issues with the program from freewarepocketpc.net. Everytime I ran the app, I received and error about loading a wallpaper.bmp file.. Your cab file installed and works perfectly, thanks.

i was able to get the program on my mogul but every time i try to lunch the program a popup message says ilock and s2u2 are closed please help....

You need to go to Program Files/Slide2Unlock, and run the program iLock.exe
It has to be running in the background for the iSlide program to work.

anyone know how to remove the time,date,etc from the slide2unlock program?

I'm not sure you can do it.. but all the settings are in the registry under HKCU\Software\A_C\S2U2\

He's working on a settings app.. the way I see it, once that's out, version 0.72 will be almost perfect.

Agreed... the native v2 version 0.72 is lightyears better, faster, more stable then the previous versions, and uses just a fraction of the memory the old one did. Go to that xda forum thread, read the 2nd post, and you will then know all you need for making the registry settings for whatever you want.

Has anyone else had problems with S2U2 dominating the screen. I love the functionality, but lately if I get anything that pops up behind it (SPB Alarm, messages, etc) it just dominates the screen. The problem then becomes that I cant see the popup to deal with it, AND I cant slide it over to unlock it because for some reason it acts like the other is on top. If Im lucky i can find what I need to push to drop the popup, but usually spend my time getting frustrated until I soft reset.
