i was doing update and i was wondering y nothing was happeing i already got the new rom.

i fast question can some tell me how to d oa hard reset i need to cause alot of my folders got delted so i will just reload all my apps.

While holding both softkeys (buttons with ?-? on them), push in on the reset button once. Make sure you are still holding onto the softkeys. A confirmation screen should appear asking you if you want to reset all data. Press Y to reset, N to cancel.
