I cannot downgrade WM6 back to 3.5... HELP!
 

The title says it all. I need to go back to 3.5 because my phone wont accept calls now. can anyone help? I tried using an XP PC and still nothing.

Put your phone in bootloader first (hold down power and notes button [top left side] while pressing your stylus in the reset hole). If you do it right you should see the word serial on the screen (though the backlight will be off so you need a strong light source to see it).

Then flash the latest update for your carrier found at www.utstar.com.
