using the same tools, the same steps?
or is there any diffrence?

Hard to say, since it hasn't been released. Some of the kitchen tools have been improved; I hope to see those in the upcoming release of the kitchen. At a high level, the steps will be the same as they've always been...select oems, build, encode, flash, hard reset.
