No I just meant for exchange sync... HTML e-mail should work fine with POP and IMAP servers... not sure about Hotmail (via Windows Live).

Mail2web (not sure bout emoze) is Exchange 2003, so no HTML e-mail through them. I believe they plan to upgrade to 2007 later this year.

This is right, right?

Does anyone know how to enable that in WM6?

Also if anyone knows how to disable the "SUCCESS:PHONE #" After every sent text message please let me know as it's driving me nuts!

All in all this is an awesome release and I can't wait for the kitchen.

Thanks!
Found the GPS icon, it's under connections now...

Now if i can just figure out how to disable that success message after sending a text...

Nope it's not... Why did you edit the default value? First of all open that up and clear it out so it shows nothing next to that.

Create a new string value and name it "Path" (no quotes). Don't set the value to anything--just leave it blank. Then exit out of the reg editor, suspend your device and wake it a couple of times (this ensures that your edits get saved to flash). Then soft reset the phone. Your button 5 should work after that.

If it doesn't, you should just use the cab file I created for this many months ago:

HTML email

Everyone needs to use Exchange. I know "Microsoft". But it does work. At least try it.
http://www.1and1.com/?k_id=13687316 has hosted exchange service for $6/mo. It's well worth it plus the cheapest around.
They use exchange 2007 and give you a free outlook client.
Have all your computers/mobile devices completely synced without any effort.
HTML email --------- YEP!!!!
I think they have a 90 day trial as well.

Try hard resetting your phone, and when it prompts that it is going to start the customization in 3 seconds, do a soft reset and see if that works.

Just a note, that all of the customizations for your carrier are built into the ROM (assuming you installed the correct one for your carrier)

I tried skipping the carrier customazations and the "SUCCESS:###-###-####" still comes up after sending a text message.

The carrier rom doesn't do it either. It's someting in the builds...

To stop the SUCCESS: text message confirmation do this regedit:
Edit the registry

HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\SMS

Change "Delivery Ack" from 1 to 0

Soft reset

I either have to enter in the password really fast for it to unlock or it will just hang on me for a while when I try to unlock. I enter my password, hit unlock...it goes off into lala-land for a bit, then it clears the entry field and i renenter my password and then it unlocks. I can get it to do this every time on a reset. Has anyone else experienced this?
My device seems to hang forever after pin entry, I just did a hard-reset. Other than that, this ROM is awesome!
