120 is a bit of a bugger. Did you by chance revert rom 2.04/2.05?

The older vguy roms are known to cause issues such as this.

Start by trying to flash a new radio, see how that goes. If it flashes and you still get error 120 when flashing a custom rom, then I suggest you try a master reset...use mtty to issue a task 28 55aa. You will have to reload you radio, ext rom, and os rom - make sure you have those files before you start!

If radio won't flash because error 120, you can still try mtty master reset - but you might not be able to flash afterwards.

i cant flash ne roms....old or new ...official or custom
and ive never tired one of his roms
i dont get error 120
have only gotten 150 101 and i think 100
ive tried usin mtty ...but when i follow the steps from xda it doesnt work
i think ima just have 2 say i lost it and have sprint send me another one
