You can hae your friend call customer care and tell them he needs to reprogram his phone because it is acting up. they will give him the msl while trying to walk him thru the programming process again. that is what i always do. just be sure to have a pen and paper handy.

thank you but they put it on the network now i just need to get verizon software on the phone and i wouldnt want to trade it because its missing the middle button (8 way)
