Howto Flash from sDcard on Apache

Ok someone asked how to Flash via SD card on Apache, and i searched for and didn't find the answer in the Apache forum. Does anyone have the answer to this?

First you get a memory dump (not a ROM .nbh). Pretty much the same steps as any o other HTC device after that.
