Stuck at Sprint Splash Screen
 

I tried to upgrade my OS to 6.1, for this I used Build OS updated version.
After I rebooted the Apache(PPC-6700) will not move from the Sprint Splash screen.
I review the error message, this is what I found:

I'm also getting "ERROR:116 GENERAL ERROR" on the Device Software update Utility.

Any help will be appreciated. At this point I'm without a phone, I don't had insurance on this one and I don't have money to buy a new one.
