Newest WM6.0 build or retail?

I am currently running CE OS 5.2.1908 (Build 18508.0.7.0) after downgrading from WM6.1. I downgraded because I couldn't send/receive texts with pictures or connect to encrypted wifi with 6.1. I am now having an issue where device freezes at the splash screen. Is there somewhere I can find the newest WM6.0, I realize that there is no more development now that people are working on 6.1, so I am just looking for the most secure version of WM6.0 that I can find. I appreciate any help!

I guess I should ask this question: Is anyone able to send/receive texts with pictures with WM6.0 or 6.1??
