your favs for the apache..

im looking around the kitchen and i have no idea what half these programs do. i have clicked on the http links for them but some im still unsure of due to lack of info..

can you list what you have included in your own builds and why they are you favs to use??

what would you use in a custom build?

would really like more info and maybe a good thread (unless i missed it somewhere) that explains more what everything is and why most people use one over the other.. thanks in advance

Google Maps - just because, windows live search is much better

Vista Top Battery Meter - more detailed battery info
HTC Home Plugin - centralizes frequently used stuff
HTC Home Customizer - Customizes HTC Home
WM New Menu - shortcuts to common stuff

ArcSoft 4.2.8.1 - MMS program
Oxios Close Apps - frees up memory
Pocket Sudoku
Solitaire & Bubble Breaker - I get bored
Dope Wars - just another game
HTC Camera - take pictures
Adobe Reader LE - open PDF files
Flash Light - view flash media online
TCPMP - play media files that WMP doesn't like
Mobile Office - open office docs occasionally
GSFinder+ - Better file explorer/manager
10 button comm manager
PHM Reset - easier to reset the phone if needed
PHM Registry Editor - edit the system's registry
Ilium Software Screen Capture - take screenshots of my better than iPhone phone
GB-Soft Tweak - auto-disconnect data connection
NoData - disable/enable data connection
Esmertec Java - Run Gmail app and other java applets
WiFiFoFum - wireless network scanner

I would say Slide2Unlock w/ Slide2View are must haves. WkTASK IMO is a better task manager also.

I have also removed all help files and the default WM6.1 task manager.

I have put all my personal settings in so that on a hard reset I dont have to do anything on a reset.

All the programs are registered already on a hard reset except for the Resco programs as I have not found a way to do it for them yet.

By the way, if anyone is interested I have a working OEM for Weather Panel. All the features work correct right out of the box as long as you include mortscript. The only thing you have to do is change the location to your own.
