I did it, and I selected NoID in the RUU dropdown menu..

Tis may be an issue tha can only be fixed by the adding of a prj foryour specific carrier. The gurus of this site will be the only possible help on that one.

After googling for help..finally my problem is solve. I follow the steps from other forum to make the RUIM enable using QPST. This is the link http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/631814-post14.html and attached is the driver that needs for PPC6700 in the diag mode.
