Cannot receive SMS
 

I just installed the new WM6 kitchen rom on my sprint ppc6700 everything is working grate except I cant receive text messages I can send them but cant receive when I cooked the rom I made sure to check the sprint extended rom. I even tried to run all the essential cabs to see if that would fix it but it did not fix it. dose any one have any suggestions or has any one run in to this yet?

Sorry, my bad. I misread.

Ill post the question in the bug thread, I thought it was something I set up incorrectly thanks for the help

The answer to the Sprint problem may be as easy..go to phone/settings and select internet. Get settings will reprovision the phone's data services. I think it just needs to say hello. If it gives an error, go to Settings/connections and select networks and set it to Sprint and retry. It resets the Data provisioning on the Sprint Network to recognise your phone. I think this might just solve the problem, without having to poke around with ## codes. It happened to me once way back when I was first building ROMs with the 3.5 kitchen and that fixed it for me more than once.

Just tried getting internet settings and it sms now works!! thanks!!
