BT Disconnects
 

I'm having an issue with my Plantronics 510 headset and any version of the WM6 ROM available (I've tried them all). I have the 1.43 radio, and am now back to WM5 using Helmi's Kitchen.
The problem is that hands-free mode just stops working. Sometimes I'll be in the middle of a call, and it will just disconnect. Oftentimes I will perform a soft-reset and it comes back up with no Bluetooth connection to my device. Any ideas here? Would the A2DPFix be something that might help?

I am finding the same thing, except it is only when a notification of any kind goes off, and if I tap the answer button on my headset it does come back to the headset. Quite the pain in the arse...

With the new rom update released by HTC on 10/23/2007 is not good, bt keeps turning off all the time. We don't know when will HTC or Sprint take care it?

I have a Plantronics 510. Does the lasted kitchen solve these issues?

When I went to the first release of WM6 my bluetooth would disconnect about once a day. I also had a heck of a time re-starting the connection in the morning. Every night I run a backup which soft resets the phone. With C&S on WM5 I would just press and hold the talk button on the headset to reactivate the connection. If it doesn't go I turn the bluetooth off then on. With WM6 that only worked about 10% of the time. That is why I went back to WM5.

I'm having the same problem. I usually can turn the headset off and it reconnects fine. If that doesn't work, I turn off the headset and the bluetooth on my phone, turn on the bluetooth and then the headset and it will work then. I do hate when it cuts off when I'm in the middle of a call. I love WM6 and just cannot go back to WM5..so, I guess I'm stuck.

i have a similar problem, only when i'm using audio gateway to watch sprint tv or listen to music. it'll suddenly stop using bluetooth and go back to the internal speaker. any idea what is causing this?

I have had the same problem with every rom that I have had on my 6700.

.....basically....same problem...same conclusion...oh well

I'm also having the problem. I have noticed that the audio is noisier with whistles and pops and static.
