If it's any consolation -- there's only like 3 days difference between 23081 and 23071...

Will try 089 and then if it does not work go back on 071 until the issue is resolved :D did you tried to do something with the too big option screens?

23071:installed ebag's realvga,also appearance white rectangle on the start screen bottom....in 128dpi,it's right...
