xda might have a more popular gsm community than here, I don't know why.

They've always been a more global community than ours. The PPCG userbase tends to be more North-American based, which focus on CDMA devices since they are more popular here.

Its also why XDA tends to have more developments and announcements- The GSM community is a larger one, I think. I makes sense since GSM is a global standard, while CDMA is only popular in a few spots on the globe (despite the US being one of those spots).
But, nothing beats PPCG for CDMA- I had to practically beg XDA to add the Mogul when it came out... they claimed there wouldn't be a large enough user base at first to care. Ended up giving up and coming here, where development and discussion for the device were alive and well.
