hello is thier a rom to make my touch pro 2 into spanish and how hard is it to flash it

Try Maxsense or NGRZ and follow the instructions to change the language to spanish.

Very simple:
go to post 6 at the maxsense thread how to change the lang , remame the .xml to "6b263ab3_manila" and copy it to the win dir .
reset sense and you are done
