Re: WM6.5 Build 21501 kitchen

I haven't been able to get a single rom to work on my gsm touch pro from this kitchen. I asked around in the ppckitchen chat room and I was told there is an issue they are working on. My phone would freeze on the splash screen no matter how I built the rom, so I am waiting for an update to the Raphael core I suppose?

Re: WM6.5 Build 21501 kitchen

Does anyone know if there has been any movement on this? Also, am i just blind or is this the only 6.5 kitchen for the Fuze?

Re: WM6.5 Build 21501 kitchen

It was a xip problem and was being worked on by the guys at PPCKitchen. I did a small bit of testing and the problem was not fixed so I am still waiting for an update. You can find some pre cooked roms here and at xda but I just want to make my own with buildos.

Re: WM6.5 Build 21501 kitchen

I used the ppc kitchen on my htc touch pro raphael and now it only goes to the boot screen. it doesn't go past that.
Since I can't sync it with windows mobile, how am I going to install a different ROM on it?
Any help would be much appreciated!

I've tried the hard reset to no avail... HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Can you get to the tri-color screen? Hold down volume down and poke the reset hole. If you can get to that screen, you should be able to connect it to a computer and flash that way.

Re: WM6.5 Build 21501 kitchen

Hi Austenel,

I had the same problem as you.I couldn't get past the tri color screen.

I followed the steps below and was able to successfully flash another ROM:
1. Grab an SD card and format it as FAT32.
2. Ensure that there is no data on the formatted card.
3. Copy over RAPHIMG.nbh file from an another ROM that you wish to flash, onto this storage card.
4. Insert the SD card into the phone.
5. Press the volume down and the soft reset buttons simultaneously.Keep them pressed for a few seconds until you see the tri coloured screen.
6. Follow the steps prompted, and you should be able to successfully flash a new ROM to your phone.

Please let me know if I am making sense.Hope this helps!!
