Why does the stock Telus ROM say no Radio?

I have the default stock Telus 2.1 ROM right now, I have a radio application installed when I got it?

Also, for my Telus 2.1 which 2.2 should I use? Where is the factory HTC 2.2 ROM?

Is this the best unedited HTC Factory 2.2 ROM?

Ok so I Installed the app ROM Manager and have managed to install the listed ROM, as well as I updated my Radio from here

But my 3G/network is still not working for me. Also anything else I should be fixing that I just have not tried yet?

*I installed the latest Radio and edited the APN settings, but still nothing is working. Not even sure if I can text or send calls..

*so after putting in the APN settings and leaving it for hours and hours, it seems to be working now.

No problems at all...I will test it though.
