help with recovering contacts
 
hey guys, i have a vx6800 that took a **** on me when i slid the screen out to use my keypad the screen dislodged from the bracket and ripped the yellow ribbon in the middle i have no more lcd display im gonna claim this in insurance anyway to recover the contacts even with no display at all?? thanks guys if anyone can assist me its most appreciated

will it active sync? if so pull a file called pim.vol off the root!! that holds ur contacts!!

f.y.i cemail.vol is ur mail

im gonna try to do it today then what would i do when i get my new phone just copy paste that file in the root?

also if u use mymobiler found here there might be a way to get ur screen on ur computer so u can run ur backup solution!!

do i install it on my phone too? because i wont be able to see it or click the link that goes to it so what should i do? just try to pull the pim file?

yes u will u just have to trust ur inner geek and press the softkey on ur keyboard after the device fully boots!! trust ur inner geek lls !! and may the force be with u!!!lmao
