Okay to let friend activate insurance replaced Mogul?
 

I had my mogul replaced by a TP about two months ago and have been loving the new phone. A friend of mine lost his cell phone and I still have my old mogul which is in working condition. Is it okay to let him activate my old phone and use it?

What were the circumstances to having your Mogul replaced? Did you claim it as lost/stolen?

Nope, I told them that many of the slide out keyboard buttons don't work and that the buttons on the outside randomly don't work and that the speakerphone randomly spews static when I'm in landscape mode (all true). I expected a new mogul but they gave me a TP =D>

it is probably ok. it sounds like an advanced exchange,did you have to pay any type of deductable?
