Need lots of help

I got a Verison Smooth. I wana flash it to Cricket. Can someone tell me how with instruction and what file do I need to flash it.

Take it to Cricket, they should be able to help you. This is a WinMo PPC forum not the Smooth is just a basic phone without any WinMo OS on it.
