MS WinMo emulator

Is it possible to flash a ROM to WinMo emulator? I've been trying but the emulator just closes when the RUU goes to loading the ROM. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or maybe it just can't be done.

Ehhh...anyone? Am I missing a setting? I'd like to start making some custom ROMs or something towards editing programs.

there should be a menu on the top of the emulator like file, edit, view that is in pretty much every other program. one of those drop down menu's say flash rom, or soemthing along those lines.
