Phone Won't turn on
 

I couldn't find a more appropriate place to post this, so I hope this is the right place. I downloaded and installed a theme, following the step by step instructions and now my phone will not turn on. It gets to the TOUCH Pro screen with the numbers and info on it. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice?

It just gave me a message stating that I either turned the phone off incorrectly or I installed an app from an untrusted source, even though it came from this site...
