Mark as read email sync -- exchange activesync
 

My biggest pet peeve right now:
I have my email wirelessly syncing through activesync "as items arrive." However it does not resync with my phone to mark that the email has been read. As a result I often end up reading the same email from a coworker a second time thinking that it is a new email.

The moment that I get a truly new email all the ones that have been read on my computer display as read on my phone, but not before then.

Anybody come across a fix for this?
