I've had my Touch Pro for 2 days, IDK much!

I have had my phone for only two days. I put the phone on the charger last night (the phone was never turned off), and when I went to use it this morning the thing wont work! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, ANYONE!](*,)](*,)](*,)

its happened to me a couple times, i was able to take out the battery and put it back in and would power up after holding the power button for about five seconds. I swapped it out ASAP
