Mogul phased out yet
 

I have the Mogul and I have been wanting to do make a swap claim. I already did one right after the Diamond Pro came out, but they gave me a refurbished Mogul. I don't see the Mogul on Sprints website anymore. Anyone know if I make another claim if I will get a Mogul or will they upgrade me to the Pro finally?

I wish people would search... there are so many refurb moguls they aren't going anywhere fast

His first post has not found the search button yet. Moguls will be replaced with Moguls for a long time unless you are real lucky

Mine was replaced with a Pro about 3 days ago, moguls have been on backorder.

Replaced by a Sprint Store or Asurion? I'm stuck waiting right now too.

I just got a TP last night from my sprint store here after going thru 4 moguls with bad keyboards. The rep said that I'd have to wait for them to back order it since theres non in stock. So the rep gave me the option to upgrade to TP for free!! Thats like the first time ever that I had that kind of service from a cell provider. I am stoked! But I acted kinda like it was a hassle to change up. hehe. Lucky me. I had a good xmas this year. Merry xmas to all and a happy new year!!

i bet everyone with a mogul is running to the sprint store....and in a month, we get those mogul's :-P

Well, SOB! My claim has been in "processing" status since the 22nd. Sure wish they would call me and offer that deal. Lot of posts like yours lately - some getting a Diamond or regular Touch though.

Hopefully, good news soon.
