letstalk.com - Anyone used it?

So I am wondering whether or not I should buy my Diamond through here. I read that their packaging could be crappy, and that they have sent out plastic shell razrs before. Admittedly not much info I found >_>. They are with Walmart, but I also read a possible walmart employee complaining about letstalk. So what do you think?

Ps- Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I saw the ebay post...

I wouldn't know if partnering with WalMart gives them any additional credability or not ...

Whenever I am looking at the potential for business with a new company, I check out ResellerRatings for two reasons ... a) are they brand new and if not, b) what is their history.

Never ever think of buying there, unless you are ready to stay without a phone for 2 weeks and loose your old number and of course any warraties etc. i cannot bring up my history with them because my blood pressure will go up...

BTW they have another site with a different name but its under same ownership, ouch forgot the name, but watch out before making any deal online.

When I first signed up with Sprint four years ago, I did it through LetsTalk. They shipped my new phone to me (an LG Fusic at that time) quickly and it was active when it arrived. I've recommended LetsTalk to friends and would use them. The price at the time could not be beat.

It is definitely hit or miss. My experience was great, but I hear so many say otherwise.

Thanks for the site and replies. Yeah I will probably stay away from them. They seem legit, but incompetent. I don't wanna be one of the customers they get lazy with.

Bought my first nextel i90 from them in '03. Very fast then and smooth. But some time has p*****.
