Blackberry data transfer to new PDA phone.. how?

So I moved back to the PDA phones again.. however now Im trying to figure out how I can transfer my Blackberry data (contacts) to the new PDA phone?

Is there a way to do this some how? Ive tried google and cant find an answer:angry7:
