Need Sprint employees assistance
 

Hey guys. I am a SERO member. I want to order the touch pro. I called up to order it and they said I needed to know a sprint email since I am a sero member. I got sero 2 years ago and didnt think id need the sprint email everytime to complete a transaction. In the past they were able to override it when I wanted to order something but now they are telling me they cant. Can anyone give me there email address so I can get the phone?
