Ringtone Question??

Where can I find "free software" to shorten & convert a song into a ringtone?

Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks!! :)

Diamonds MP3 trimmer can "shorten" any song and or record at any point of the song, however it does not convert any files. After you find something to convert it, search for mp3 trimmer to shorten/edit the song.
