HP Ipaq H5555 issue
 

So I got a free Ipaq H5555 and its USB cable with no more info. I think it has WM 2003 on it since thats what the back says. I got home today with it and plugged it into my laptop and it didnt power on. I know the cable is good because I was also handed a HP Ipaq phone thats Cingular, and a little light next to the power button (well, there are 2 lights to the left of the power button, its the left light, redish constant glow). Im assuming that it is charging. The screen doesnt turn on, and no light turns on on it. I thought it might be a battery, but i dont wanna spend $15 on this ppc if its not the solution.
